Management Assistant

The first step towards success in this role is to be open to collaborating with colleagues. Building relationships is something you do by acting respectfully and keeping your promises. We are looking for someone who does not get stuck in old habits but is curious and explores new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide support to the President & CEO and other members of the Management team, including managing complex calendars, meetings, and travels.
  2. Ensure that relevant and updated information is available for the management team and assist in making presentations and other relevant communication as needed.
  3. Prepare reports, document handling, and summaries, as well as distribute necessary information, documentation, minutes, and invitations.
  4. Provide support in tender and contract work.
  5. Act as a central point of contact for the management and promote collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.
  6. Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate flexibility, and adopt an attentive approach by anticipating needs and solving challenges.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in large companies and supporting top management.
  2. Digital curiosity and very strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English.
  4. Higher education in a relevant field such as communication, PR, or similar is desirable, but can be replaced by experience.
  5. Ability to work systematically and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail and quality-consciousness.
  6. High level of professionalism and dedication.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  8. International experience is an advantage.
