Job Description:

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

About the role

Responsible for the overall management of Norway and Iceland network business, new dealer development into the network, dealer management and maintenance, dealer operation evaluation, unqualified dealer identification and other matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the Country Manager to define & implement the network plan in the assigned market in order to achieve the planned size of the BYD network.
  2. Monitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identifying opportunities for improvement of dealer POS.
  3. Regular visits to dealers to maintain local network development and identify the performance of the dealers.
  4. Assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiations.
  5. Coordinating with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
  6. Ensuring dealers follow BYD CI, VI and store audit.
  7. Preparing the store audit materials and communicating with HQ.
  8. Conducting regular dealer operation quality evaluations and making relevant recommendations.
  9. Cross-functional teamwork.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant education, business management, engineering or marketing background.
  2. 5 years related working experience in the Automotive industry in the region.
  3. Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports and retail industry business dynamics.
  4. Working experience in auto OEM for EU and non-EU network development.
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional Nordic languages is a plus.
  6. Experience in multiple roles is a plus.
