Your role

  1. Participate in S/4Hana assessments, outline finance business challenges and opportunities, and turn this into SAP value opportunities, solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
  2. Build trusted client relationships with client finance executives and provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, performance management, and Treasury.
  3. Serve as overall program finance lead, ensuring successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling solutions in alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems.
  5. Lead finance teams and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA Finance, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.

Your profile

  1. Experienced finance lead with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and optimizations within global organizations.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance lead.
  4. Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
