Main responsibility: Lead the work of Workshop Technicians, in either our Vessel-, or Rig-, Department, and ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled.

Tasks:

1. Act as a role model to inspire a team of engaged workers
2. Together with Team Lead, take initiative to create a positive and motivating work environment and culture within the team
3. Ensure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements - determine manufacturing priorities and update weekly plans, together with the workshop team
4. Actively participate in project meetings
5. Oversee efficient work flow, and drive 5S and Lean Thinking processes - safe and positive implementation of improvements in cooperation with the team
6. Interpret specifications and make sound judgments related to production processes
7. Coordinate and optimize workshop activities; including providing technical support, and the intervention of support services (maintenance, quality, methods, etc.) as needed
8. Ensure that quality and HSE is adhered to, and implement departmental safety programs when required
9. Follow up day-to-day tasks - attendance, time scheduling and procedures

6. Have knowledge of Mobilizing/Maintenance of subsea equipment, and process-related specs/demands
7. Are able to coordinate multiple large scale projects in parallel, and act as a stakeholder - sound decision making
