Konsernområdet Large Corporates & International (LCI) betjener store norske og internasjonale bedriftskunder, inkludert virksomheten til DNB Finans. Divisjon Risiko & Strategi (R&S) er global premissleverandør innen finansiell og ikke-finansiell risiko, strategi og restrukturering. Divisjonen er ansvarlig for å sette overordnet retning, koordinere, overvåke implementering, kommunisere og rapportere om alt risiko- og strategiarbeid i LCI. Seksjonen Non-Financial Risk & Financial Crime (NFR&FC) er ansvarlig for arbeidet med ikke-finansiell risiko, fordelt på de fire avdelingene 1) Privacy & Security, 2) Governance & Operational Risk, 3) Analysis og 4) FinCrime & Conduct.

Du vil være ansvarlig for kontrolltesting og spille en sentral rolle i å vurdere, teste og sikre effektiviteten av operasjonelle risikokontroller i LCI. Stillingen er kritisk for å redusere risiko, forbedre prosesseffektivitet og sørge for etterlevelse av regulatoriske standarder og krav. Du vil jobbe tett med ulike team, inkludert risk management, compliance og forretningsenheter, for å designe, gjennomføre og rapportere angående kontrolltesting.

Kontrolltesting og evaluering

  • Utføre uavhengig testing av operasjonelle risikokontroller i LCI for å sikre at kontrollmiljøet er sterkt, omfattende og effektivt, ved å vurdere deres design og operasjon.
  • Inkludere i kontrolltestingen de forberedende aktivitetene som omfang, testdokumentasjon og logistiske krav fra relevante interessenter.
  • Vurdere overholdelse av policyer, prosedyrer og regulatoriske krav.
  • Identifisere kontrollmangler, svakheter og mulige risikoer, og gi anbefalinger.
  • Støtte risikovurderingsprosessen ved å gi innsikt fra testresultater.

Rapportering og dokumentasjon

  • Sikre rettidig kommunikasjon av vesentlige problemer til ledelsen og relevante interessenter.
  • Arbeide med interessenter for å styrke kontrollrammeverk og gjennomføre risikoreduserende strategier.
  • Bidra til utviklingen og forbedringen av det operasjonelle risikokontrolltestingsprogrammet.

Samarbeid og interessenter

  • Samarbeid med internrevisjon, samsvar og risikoteam for å dele funn og justere risikostyringsarbeidet.
  • Gi opplæring og veiledning til forretningsenheter om kontrolltestingsmetodikk og beste praksis innen risikostyring.

Tekniske ferdigheter

  • Solid kunnskap om operasjonelle risikorammer, kontrolltestingsteknikker og regulatoriske krav.
  • Ferdighet i bruk av risikostyringsverktøy og dataanalyseprogramvare.

Ønskelige kvalifikasjoner

  • Erfaring med regulatoriske krav som Basel III, SOX eller GDPR.
  • Utmerkede analytiske og problemløsende ferdigheter, med skarp oppmerksomhet på detaljer.
  • Sterke muntlige og skriftlige kommunikasjonsevner på et skandinavisk språk og engelsk, inkludert evnen til å presentere kompleks informasjon tydelig.
