Assignment Description

  1. Plan, develop, implement and execute contract strategies, invitation to tender, bid opening, negotiation and evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards and handovers and document and archive same.
  2. Contract management and close out.
  3. Take initiative to and ensure experience transfer.
  4. Support the business as required.
  5. Identify key risks and opportunities related to the procurement process.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree, can be compensated with long experience.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience within procurement.
  3. Oil & gas industry experience, preferably from operator side.
  4. Knowledge of Procurement Systems and project procurement.
  5. Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal.
