Project Controller

Contract period: 11.08.2025 - 31.12.2027
Location: Asker

Main Tasks:
  1. Support in creating & maintaining project financials in SAP
  2. Start-up and closeout of projects in SAP
  3. Create/modify/close WBS structure in SAP
  4. Create sales order(s) in SAP
  5. Monthly closing of project accounts
  6. Allocate and categorize personnel
  7. Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
  8. External financial reporting to client (weekly, monthly, baseline updates)
  9. Internal financial reporting to Project Management Team and Finance
  10. Support financial project forecasting and budgeting
  11. Actively search for opportunities to improve project financial results
  12. Proactively seek and initiate improvements within own working area
  13. Cost/profitability analysis
Qualifications:
  1. Master's/bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Economics
  2. Preferably relevant experience in similar role, industry and/or EPC projects
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  4. Ability to develop high quality working relationships internally and externally
  5. Preferably previous experience with using SAP and Microsoft Excel
  6. Good oral and written communication skills in English
  7. Solid business understanding and commercial orientation
