This role is all about driving business growth, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning our banking solutions as the go-to choice for banks and financial institutions. You'll play a key role in building relationships with banks across the Nordics, helping them optimize their operations with Banqsoft solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on new business development while also nurturing a couple of existing clients.

What does the role look like?

  1. Identify, engage, and close deals with new banking clients in the Nordics.
  2. Work independently to develop and execute a sales strategy, driving revenue growth.
  3. Leverage your existing network to open doors and establish new business opportunities.
  4. Present Banqsoft and our banking solutions in a compelling and persuasive way to C-level stakeholders.
  5. Build strong industry relationships, targeting key banking segments over the next 1-5 years.
  6. Lead and execute sales activities in collaboration with your team.
  7. Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  8. Represent Banqsoft at industry seminars and workshops to enhance brand awareness and strengthen networking opportunities.
