GSFleet, a leading Nordic provider of fleet management digitalization, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales. With a strong presence across the Nordics, we are actively expanding our market position both regionally and internationally.
As our new Head of Sales, you will lead and develop experienced sales managers and teams across Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and other international markets. You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies that support our ambitious growth targets. This includes fostering strong customer relationships, establishing national and international partnerships, and driving digital transformation through the implementation of SaaS solutions.
We are looking for a commercially minded sales executive with a proven track record of delivering results in relevant industries. You have a solid understanding of leading teams in a matrix organization, combined with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and operational execution capabilities. Experience in international sales and partnerships is essential. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English is required. In addition, experience with SaaS/ERP solutions is expected, and familiarity with transport telematics and fleet management is a strong advantage.
