For our office in Bergen, we are looking for a Junior Online Marketing Manager in part- time who will join the international Sales-& Marketing Team of the TF Bank AB. We are characterized by fast decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and collegialcooperation. By joining us, you will support us with main tasks such as content creation, customer communication and partner management in the Norwegian market.

Your tasks

  • You will plan and produce content for the communication to our customers (e.g. newsletters), considering market trends and developments.
  • You will optimize our communication from newsletters and customer journey by generating A/B tests and analyzing results.
  • You will produce engaging and search engine optimized content for our websites.
  • You will assist the team with the affiliate management by developing long-term partnerships, thereby contributing to our growth in Norway.
  • You will support the analysis and reporting of partner activities to implement optimization approaches.

Your qualifications:

  • A degree, ideally with a focus on marketing, sales, management, or training in the field of communication.
  • An initial idea of areas such as performance marketing/online marketing and partner management.
  • Previous experience with designing content for web and newsletters with good results.
  • First experience with SEO is beneficial.
  • Existing understanding and interest in the effect of language and what effects this can have together with visual communication.
  • It is an advantage if you are familiar with tools for preparing search engine optimized texts, Canva and tools for newsletter design.
  • You are business fluent in Norwegian and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
