About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals based out of 5 countries.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals.

  2. Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business HR to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.

  4. Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent, utilizing data-driven insights and market trends.

  5. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

  6. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  7. You will lead the development and implementation of the Workday recruitment module in collaboration with our HR tech team, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

  8. Oversee the selection of recruitment vendors and foster strong relationships with them to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

  9. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, engaging with a diverse pool of candidates.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

  1. Proven experience in leading a global talent acquisition team, with a strong understanding of the tech talent landscape.

  2. A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  4. Experience with ATS/Talent Management Systems and a keen interest in developing and leveraging modern HR technology.

  5. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to work.
