As our Content Writer & Editor, you will be responsible for writing, editing, translating, and managing content across our extensive content ecosystem. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and representative in cross-functional projects where Brand & Content Marketing plays a key role—collaborating both within Brand, Marketing & Digital Sales and across other teams at Strawberry.

No two days will be the same. One day, you might be writing an article about the best family-friendly activities in Bergen, and the next, you'll be working closely with our Loyalty team to craft compelling messaging for a new member benefit. Alongside creating engaging, SEO-optimized content, you will also play a key role in content orchestration—ensuring that everything is up-to-date and easy for our readers to find. You will work closely with a team of content professionals, collaborating to elevate Strawberry's content strategy.

1. Write and publish editorial content from scratch, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand.
2. Translate and localize content, adapting messaging for different Nordic markets.
3. Represent Brand & Content Marketing in cross-functional projects, providing expertise on brand voice, messaging, and content strategy.
4. We are currently migrating to a new CMS, which will be a focus area in the beginning.

We believe you are a skilled and creative writer with a strong understanding of content strategy and digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you balance creative storytelling with structured content management.

1. Strong proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish).
2. Experience in writing and editing with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency, combined with hands-on experience in CMS platforms and digital content management—ensuring content is not only well-crafted but also effectively structured, published, and optimized for online platforms.
3. Translation/localization experience (a plus but not required).
4. Background in digital marketing, with an understanding of how content drives engagement and conversion.
5. Experience with web editing and content production for digital platforms (apps, CRM systems, or similar is a plus).
6. SEO knowledge and an understanding of how to optimize content for searchability.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to stay organized and ensure progress across multiple tasks.
8. Proactive with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to various topics – from hotel experiences and travel trends to loyalty programs and sustainability. A curious mindset and strong audience understanding are essential to creating content that both informs and inspires.

This role is based at Strawberry HQ in Oslo and is part of the Brand & Content Marketing team within Brand, Marketing & Digital Sales. We offer a hybrid workplace, with some travel expected between our main offices in Stockholm and Oslo.
