Your role as Managing Partner
The Managing Partner in Norway will be a key hire and responsible for building, framing, leading, and growing part of their Nordic business. This will include establishing Yllw's office outside of Sweden. You are an intrapreneur that will contribute with excellent levels of leadership, communication, and change management skills within Yllw. As such, you are a proven commercial leader and coach of sales talent and relish the prospect of deploying these skills in this role. To carry out Yllw's mission, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Identify and recruit a high-performing team of partners with local expertise and an outstanding track record of deal-making.
- Full P&L responsibility for the local market, ensuring the region is tracking according to budget.
- Define and reach business goals, mainly focused on business growth, profitability, and recruited partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and build new partnerships with local clients, suppliers, and architects.
- Responsible for growing direct and indirect sales, dealing with clients and partner sales.
- Ensuring that all strategies and operations are tailored to the local market, taking into account local customer preferences and regulations.
- Work closely with central management and HQ teams to resolve any operational, product issues, or overall improvements.
- Various ad-hoc tasks in line with your role and the Nordic expansion.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous relevant experience from management consulting and/or high-growth scaleups with at least 3+ of them managing fast-paced teams.
- Strong experience in driving transformational initiatives in sales operations at such companies, leading them on the journey from "good to great."
- Strong knowledge of data, metrics, and KPIs to create insights and drive sales.
- You have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams and share the core values at Yllw.
- You have great knowledge and interest in the local market with an outstanding track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
