As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of the QA environment and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Your role can include:

  • Improve Agile processes and business systems in software development projects.
  • Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and contribute to overall quality assurance.
  • Participate in all project phases, from requirements review to test execution and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks by escalating/delegating issues as needed.
  • Assist project managers with resource planning and reporting.

We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills and experiences:

  • An academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years experience in a QA role.
  • Experience in various QA methodologies.
  • It is beneficial if you have experience in a strong engineering / industrial field or working with critical systems - such as energy, maritime, healthcare, transportation, or defense.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for scientific and research-driven development.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
