We are increasing our broker support team within Wilhelmsen Insurance Services AS.

We are an insurance broker specializing in the marine sector, situated at Lysaker with 16 dedicated employees. We are now looking for a new candidate to assist the insurance brokers in their daily work with marine and non-marine insurances.

To succeed in the position, you should be able to work independently as well as in teams, being service minded and eager to assist and support our brokers, our clients and suppliers.

The position, which will be based at Lysaker, will be working with Norwegian and international partners, and therefore the applicant will need to be fluent in Norwegian and English.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Working in a dedicated team with handling of daily insurance business.
  2. Registration and issuing of insurance documentation for dedicated fleets and clients.
  3. War risk reporting and issuing of supporting documentation.
  4. Handling of insurance related certificates on behalf of clients/vessels.
  5. Handling of insurance premiums and claims settlement.
  6. Insurance budgets and follow-up reports.

Main qualifications:

  1. Relevant formal education and/or relevant working experience is an advantage.
  2. Fluent in Norwegian and English (oral and written).
  3. MS Office. Knowledge of INS is an advantage.
  4. Good common sense and positive attitude.
  5. Ability to work quickly and independently, as well as in teams.
  6. Loyal and ethical behavior.
