Vi søker etter ny medarbeider i rollen som Contract Administrator til vår Operations avdeling som inngår i Team Contract Admin. Stillingen rapporterer til Team Leader Contract Admin, Operations Norge i De Lage Landen Finans Norge (DLL). Kontoret ligger sentralt på Lysaker med enkel tilgang til offentlig transport.

Ansvarsområder:
  • Starte og utbetale finansieringsavtaler
  • Følge opp kunder og samarbeidspartnere daglig via telefon og e-post
  • Vedlikeholde og administrere løpende finansieringsavtaler og porteføljer
  • Samarbeide med interne avdelinger i Norge og Norden
Kvalifikasjoner:
  • Strukturert, løsningsorientert og har et sterkt søkelys på å gi god kundeservice
  • Ansvarsfull, handlekraftig og samarbeidsvillig
  • I stand til å gjennomføre endringer og er nysgjerrig på prosessutvikling
  • Gode muntlige og skriftlige ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk. Det er en fordel om man behersker nordiske språk
  • Erfaring fra tilsvarende funksjon fra bank/finans/forsikring/inkasso bransjen
