Nordic Graduate Program 2025

We are looking for passionate graduates for our graduate program - focused directly on your education, and your professional and personal development. Being a graduate at Schneider Electric means being together with highly capable and collaborative colleagues while working with real life cases supporting the sustainable energy agenda.

What we are looking for

You are a recently graduated student with a technical degree, for example engineering, who are ready to be part of a high-performance team. You are proficient in English and Norwegian, both in speech and writing.

We hope you are curious and interested in spending time with us while learning a lot of new stuff. At the same time, you will use your theoretical knowledge to challenge yourself - and us - in your work. This requires an investment from your side and a willingness to participate in both knowledge sharing and development. We want you to be results oriented, entrepreneurial, open-minded and have an interest in energy management and efficiency. You also need an interest in business to ensure that we keep adding value to our customer, our partners and to Schneider Electric in everything we do.

Program duration: September 2025 – May 2026

Location: Norway

Extra: This is a paid graduate program where you will continue your career with Schneider Electric after its conclusion.

Graduate responsibilities

This year we are looking for the graduates in these areas:

  1. Service Representative: Join us as a Service Representative, responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting customer equipment. You'll provide technical support both on-site and in the shop, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with experienced colleagues, adhere to safety guidelines, and identify sales opportunities while using digital tools to enhance your efficiency.
  2. Project Manager: Join our world class delivery team ensuring successful project delivery to our Customers. You'll learn the management of the full project and service contracts execution lifecycle for a portfolio of customer projects. You will be the customer primary point of contact, building long term relationships and becoming a trusted partner. This is exciting opportunity to launch your career and build both an in-depth understanding of our solutions and build a strong network with customers and internal stakeholders in a global setting.
  3. Application Engineer: As an application engineer, you will lead the technical aspects of exciting customer projects and ensure successful delivery within a budget and time limit. Your work will mostly take place on-site in customer data center environments, where you will understand their technical requirements through close collaboration and provide innovative solutions.
