DevOps Engineer - Shape the Future of Scalable Cloud Infrastructure

Are you ready to take charge of building and optimizing robust cloud infrastructure that scales with ease?

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and maintenance of our rapidly expanding cloud-based systems.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by structuring our systems and operations from the ground up, creating a seamless experience for our users, and ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient and scalable.

About Us

Noteless is a rapidly growing health tech company dedicated to revolutionizing how healthcare professionals manage their time and workload. Our AI-driven platform captures and organizes patient conversations into structured medical notes, reducing administrative tasks by up to 2 hours daily. This allows healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters—delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing service quality.

Our team combines medical expertise and technological innovation. Experienced physicians and specialists work closely with data engineers specializing in artificial intelligence. Together, we're building a platform that deeply understands and addresses the real needs of healthcare professionals.

What You Will Do

As a key contributor to our team, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance infrastructure that ensures reliable, scalable systems. If you're passionate about creating robust solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

Your primary tasks will include:

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  2. Manage and optimize resources across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and efficient resource utilization.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
  1. Develop, enhance, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  2. Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline and standardize deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
Monitoring & Incident Response:
  1. Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring and logging systems to provide real-time visibility into system performance.
  2. Establish proactive health checks, auto-scaling configurations, and effective incident response protocols to quickly detect and resolve issues.
Performance & Scalability:
  1. Optimize system performance and execute capacity planning to support rapid growth and evolving user needs.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement across the infrastructure.
Documentation & Collaboration:
  1. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
  2. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure changes align with overall business and technical goals.
What We're Looking For

We're searching for a self-driven and proactive DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where your ideas are valued, and you can actively contribute to building something meaningful and impactful.

Must-Haves:
  1. Experience with High-User Systems: Proven track record of working with systems that support large numbers of users, including hands-on involvement in setting up structure and infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
  2. Strong Competence in Azure: Solid experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  3. Operational Monitoring & Management: Skilled in monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and implementing auto-scaling mechanisms.
  4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Terraform to automate infrastructure management and deployment.
  5. Developer Background: Prior experience in software development.
Nice-to-Haves:
  1. Automated Testing: Experience setting up automated performance testing to ensure system efficiency and stability.
  2. Multi-Cloud Experience: Familiarity with AWS and GCP in addition to Azure is a strong plus.
What We Offer:
  1. The opportunity to shape the future of healthcare with cutting-edge technology.
  2. A dynamic, innovative environment with rapid growth and exciting challenges.
  3. Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
  4. Continuous learning and development with a team of experts.
  5. Modern office facilities at Forskningsparken, where Noteless works alongside other inspiring and innovative businesses.
