We are looking for a Product Owner to join our dedicated Payment Development team.

Our solutions include services that we all use daily, such as paying your bills, making instant payments from your phone, receiving your salary, and purchasing pastry at your favourite café.

As a Product Owner, you join an agile development team of business analysts, developers, testers, and architects. As a team, you are responsible for developing and delivering payment services. You will be the main contact between Product Management and Development, transforming the functional requirements into technical tasks for the development team, following up deliveries, consulting colleagues and customers, as well as advising on how to optimize the quality of our services. You will play an active role in designing new innovative services based on future business trends and needs.

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Product Owner, you will:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product management based on customer commitment.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that we do the right activities at the right time.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Be Development's primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
  • Be part of a skilled team with expertise where you guide others whilst also learning new things with your colleagues.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or relevant experience.
  • Experience from, or interest in learning, the functional and technical aspects of the Norwegian Payment infrastructure landscape.
  • Fluent in Norwegian is mandatory as Norwegian is the main language when communicating with our customers.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Interest in agile methodologies and product management and product owner principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for technology and innovation in banking.
