The Role
As the Global Content Marketing Manager, you'll drive the messaging and content creation from strategy to execution for Sustainability Technology and Naviate product families. You'll work closely with Product Management, Product Development, and global Sales and Marketing teams to create innovative campaigns, engaging content, and impactful product messaging. This is your chance to shape the voice of two cutting-edge product families while collaborating with a global, future-focused team. You will join the global Symetri Technology Product Marketing team.
What You will Do
- Plan, create, and execute engaging global content and product marketing messaging to boost awareness and generate leads.
- Develop compelling product messaging and content such as blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media assets.
- Work alongside Product Management and local marketing teams to align strategies and content needs.
- Improve processes such as product releases and trial workflows for greater efficiency and impact.

What You Bring
You're a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling and technology. You thrive in a global environment and can transform technical details into relatable, compelling narratives. As a person, you have a prestigeless approach, a hands-on, problem-solving attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to take tasks forward independently.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in B2B product marketing and content creation across multiple channels.
- Postsecondary degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Outstanding English writing skills with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience with tools like MS365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel occasionally.
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content.
- Experience with marketing platforms like Hubspot, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Analytics.
- Design and content creation skills using tools like Canva and video editing software.
- Previous experience in global, multicultural organizations.
