Rental Sales Agent – RSA

Rental Sales Agents – en rolle der personlighet betyr noe. RSA er ansvarlige for å bistå kunder i forbindelse med deres behov for leiebil, samt promotere selskapets produkter og tjenester. Denne stillingen passer for deg som liker å jobbe med salg & service, og trives i et hektisk miljø med høyt tempo. Vi er opptatt av at kunden skal få en god leiebilopplevelse og at våre ansatte jobber målrettet for at avdelingen når sine mål med fornøyde kunder.

Noen spesifikke ansvarsoppgaver til en Rental Sales Agent:

  1. Kundebehandling over skranke, pr telefon og epost.
  2. Behandle og forklare leieavtaler, informere om priser og tilgjengelige kjøretøy.
  3. Salg av tilleggsprodukter og tjenester.
  4. Bistå med veibeskrivelse og reiseinformasjon.
  5. Innsjekk av biler samt skadeinspeksjon.
  6. Følge opp daglige rutiner og rapporter.
  7. Bistå med flytting av biler mellom avdelinger og verksteder.
  8. Behandle kundehenvendelser på en effektiv og profesjonell måte.

Kvalifikasjoner / Ferdigheter:

  1. Videregående vitnemål eller tilsvarende utdanningsnivå.
  2. Snakker og skriver norsk flytende / på høyt nivå.
  3. God beherskelse av engelsk muntlig og skriftlig.
  4. Tidligere erfaring fra salg eller kundeservice.
  5. Gyldig førerkort klasse B.
  6. Fleksibel og samarbeidsvillig.
  7. Strukturert og løsningsorientert.
  8. Evne til å håndtere flere oppgaver og prestere godt i et hektisk arbeidsmiljø.
  9. En vennlig, optimistisk og proaktiv holdning.

Bransjeerfaring fra service- eller handelsvirksomhet er en fordel. Vi kan tilby varierte og utfordrende arbeidsoppgaver, konkurransedyktige betingelser inkludert pensjon, muligheter for provisjon, rimelig billeie og et godt arbeidsmiljø.

Arbeidstid vil være i henhold til skiftplan og åpningstider på stasjonen, både på dagtid, kveld og helg.
