SLB Capturi Is a Leading Carbon Capture Technology Company.

We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. We see a daily growth in our market potential as a rising number of customers look to carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) and our company to solve their emissions challenges.

SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

The Role:

As a Commercial Manager, you will:

  1. Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop bids and negotiate contracts for studies, FEEDs, and large EPC projects.
  2. Build new partnerships, expand SLB Capturi's reach and support our ambitious goals.
  3. Collaborate with regional sales designing bold strategies to win key opportunities we are pursuing.
You have:

  1. Over 10 years of experience in commercial and project execution roles within EPC, renewable energy, or other relevant industries.
  2. Genuine passion for shaping a sustainable industry and making a meaningful impact.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Proven ability to understand and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
  6. Fluency in written and spoken English; international experience is a plus.
  7. Experience working with commercial contracts, including FIDIC, NTK, or similar is highly advantageous.
  8. Familiarity with sales support or CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Xait is a plus.
