Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up, delivery, and return of goods.
- Warehouse management.
- Manage logistics costs to meet budgets and operational plans.
- Ensure correct customs papers for returns out of the country.
- Support Field Service operations, including:
- On-time delivery solutions of spare parts.
- Timely return of spare parts to the central warehouse, targeting 0 +45 days aged FE inventory.
- Coordination and calibration for Field Service tools and support return of tools from the central tool-pool.
- Handling Ultrasound customer replacement units, ensuring timely delivery, case management, debrief of new parts, and return of used parts.
- Shipping out loaner units to customers.
- Problem-solving with logistic issues in CRM system (Service Max & Oracle).
- Collaborate with others to solve issues and develop strong customer relationships, serving as the interface between customers and GEHC for logistic solutions.
- Handle physical inventory counting and reporting.
- Assist colleagues with logistic tasks, mainly supporting booking of transportation inside the country and cross-border in the Nordics and Netherlands.
- Support the development of new and smarter ways of working within your area.
- Work with a lean mindset to support sales and service organizations to drive business-critical KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with jobs in logistics or warehousing.
- Understanding of customs regulations and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience with inventory management and reporting.
- Ability to manage logistics costs and meet budgetary requirements.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Lean mindset and experience in driving business-critical KPIs.
