Job Title Part-Time Architecture Manager in Oslo Norway We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Oslo Norway As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget You will work closely with clients contractors and other team members to ensure that all design requirements are met and that projects meet industry standards
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the architectural design process from initial concept to final construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within set parameters
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Knowledge of building codes regulations and standards
