WindSpider is ramping up: Lead Control Systems Engineer wanted.

The wind industry is rapidly growing

The energy transition is well underway, and offshore wind has become a key pillar of global energy strategies. Investment in offshore wind is accelerating, with large-scale wind farms being built and expanded at a remarkable pace in Europe and the rest of the world.

As the industry grows, so does the demand for innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline installation, and reduce operational costs. One of the most exciting advancements in this space comes from Stavanger, Norway – the WindSpider Technology.

At WindSpider we are passionate about lifting high & heavy and being a contributor to the energy transition. We are setting a new standard for lifting operations related to installing and maintaining offshore wind turbines.

About the technology:

WindSpider is unique in the way it utilizes the wind turbine tower as support for the crane structure making it scalable, modular, and ready for the next generations of wind turbines.

We are a group of highly skilled and experienced individuals within the offshore industry. Since entering the market, WindSpider has received very good feedback and an increasingly growing interest from several major international wind industry players.

We have now initiated the first phase of building our first full-scale WindSpider system and are looking for qualified, motivated, and experienced personnel.

Lead Control Systems Engineer position overview:
