At Speakit, we are looking for Danish Customer Consultants to work for the biggest Search Engine Platform in the world

What will you do as a Danish Customer Search Engine Consultant:
  • Provide and maintain a strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions.
  • Communicate with speed, empathy, and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails, and online chats.
Requirements:
  • Native level of Danish
  • Advanced level of English
  • Team player
  • Tech-savvy
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens
  • EU Passport
