Within the franchise plans, the Customer Engagement Lead executes glocal marketing and sales strategy for a global multi-indication brand within rhinology and gastroenterology therapeutic area, through Customer needs identification and Omnichannel collaborative approach at local level. Activities require a cross functional approach with local sales, North Europe Marketing and Medical teams, as well as external focus with ENTs, pulmonologist, gastroenterologists and other health care professionals specialized in rhino/gastro diseases.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and implement global strategy for therapeutic area in local team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and medical teams.

• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders (HCPs, institutions, etc.).

• Drive product awareness and adoption through effective engagement activities.

• Leverage data and analytics, iterate (Be/Do agile, Test & Learn) for continuous improvement.

• Advocate for patient-centered approaches in all engagement activities.

• Strive for a deep understanding of customer behavior & feedback.

• Support the development of innovative engagement solutions.

• Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity.

Technical skill


• Previous marketing/sales experience (minimum 1 year) in pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of rhinology or gastroenterology therapy area is an asset.

• Healthcare/marketing education – bachelor or higher level.

• Ability to take data-driven decisions on priority segments and initiatives for growth.

• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

• Leads with curiosity in AI and digital marketing.

• Strong strategic-analytical and conceptual skills.

• Knowledge and experience of innovative methodologies such as scrum, lean start-up, nudge and design thinking.

• Fluent in Norwegian or any other Scandinavian language and English.
