Job Responsibilities:
- You can independently run day-to-day HR Operations, in accordance with Norwegian labour law. Knowledge of other Nordic countries' labour laws is beneficial.
- Act as a partner to the Lead HR for the Nordics to plan HR activities according to business strategies.
- Engage and advise on any business risk in the local market and provide adequate, people-related solutions.
- Support managers with HR-related matters, such as sick leave follow-up.
- Implement processes relating to Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Change management, Workforce Planning, and budget & forecasting for the local market.
- Facilitate talent building internally and externally, and partner with other global COE departments to build strong talent pipelines through organizational development processes.
- Coach employees in people matters, and manage HR processes/activities.
- Provide support as a competent HR Generalist, eager to support the EU organizational and cultural development under NIO's core value system.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- An HR professional with 8+ years of HR experience within the Norwegian market.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. International experience is a plus.
- Strong track record of problem solving, logical thinking, speedy decision-making, with an ambitious and action-driven approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, a structured way of working, and willingness to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate shows eagerness to work with a start-up mindset, has good soft and hard skills, with willingness to grow and develop alongside the global organization.
- Ability to work cross-culturally within a global HR team.
- HR or business degree is required.
- Proficient in English and Norwegian is essential.
