Job Description:
We are looking for a curious and driven Growth Associate to support developing and executing growth strategies for our clients. Working closely with experienced growth strategists, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop their analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills within growth strategy, marketing, and commercial development. As a Growth Associate, you will play a key role in transforming research into actionable insights that create real business impact for our clients.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of growth strategy, gaining hands-on experience solving real-world business challenges for some of Norway's most well-known brands and companies. As one of our first Associates, you will also play a key role in shaping dentsu Strategy into Norway's leading growth consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and ExecutionContribute to developing strategies related to product, price, distribution or marketing/brand strategies.
Support the execution of growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Help team with project execution to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
Assist in creating presentations and dashboards for client and dentsu leadership.
Gather, synthesize, and present data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends that could inform strategy development.
Analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports to measure project success.
Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to develop your expertise in growth strategy development and project execution.
Contribute to building dentsu Strategy, including supporting thought leadership, sales and marketing initiatives, and industry events such as training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Up to 3 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting or a related field (internships or other growth-related roles are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and research into actionable insights, and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
Basic understanding of marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategies – or a strong desire to learn.
Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in Norwegian and English, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong desire for continuous growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in growth strategy and execution, with the opportunity to develop into a Growth Manager over time.
