HC Assistant

In BW Offshore, fostering a strong and thriving company culture is a key focus for the organisation. We have recently started a project to enhance our company culture. As a part of this initiative, the Human Capital (HC) department is looking for a HC Assistant interested in getting hands-on experience in shaping and improving a global company culture and support our culture project.

The successful candidate is a motivated student eager to contribute to meaningful culture initiatives. As a HC Assistant, you will work closely with Senior Leaders and HC Leads, gaining insights into HR strategies, specifically focusing on company culture.

This position can either be an internship or a part-time assistant job, depending on the most suitable option for the successful candidate.

Who are you?

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, organisational psychology, or a related field
• Passionate about company culture and its vital role in creating a thriving workplace
• You have a creative mindset and enjoy developing engaging content based on input
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proactive and organised
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Word, etc.)

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the company culture project, working closely with the HC culture project team to develop ideas and execute them
• Provide general administrative support to the HC department (prepare and organise documents and presentations, take key notes, etc.)
• Collaborate with others on activities and culture improvement initiatives
• Create culture content (videos, graphics, written communications, presentations, etc.)
• Collect and summarise feedback
• Support the organisation of workshops and culture days
