The Opportunity – Senior Level Investment Banker (TMT Team)

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven senior-level Investment Banker to lead our client's highly regarded TMT sector team, based in Oslo. This is a pivotal role, central to shaping the division's future and driving its continued growth. The TMT team sits at the heart of the firm's strategic vision, and as a senior leader, you will play a critical role in expanding its market presence, enhancing client relationships, and executing high-profile transactions.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead deal origination and execution within the TMT sector, managing high-impact transactions from start to finish.
2. Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, driving business development to fuel growth.
3. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and success.
4. Collaborate with other sector teams to provide top-tier advisory services across M&A, ECM, and DCM.

What You Bring:

1. 10+ years investment banking experience with a proven track record in leading successful deals.
2. Proven experience in Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and M&A is ideal; however, we recognise that candidates may naturally have a stronger focus on one or two of these areas.
3. Exceptional origination and client development capabilities, with the ability to autonomously drive transactions.
4. Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for working in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment.
