In this position you will:

  • Be the Business Analyst (BA): Deep dive into the technical capabilities and features of Cloud Insurance's platform.
  • Use your structured, analytical approach to understand how the Cloud Insurance toolkit can be utilised to meet client needs.
  • Create Scope Documents and summarise the client projects into specific requirements by translating the customer needs into development tickets.
  • Be a trusted advisor for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships based on transparency, trust, and value delivery.
  • Be our solution specialist and "The Problem Solver": Provide expert consultancy, ensuring clients maximize the value of our platform while delivering measurable business impact through billable services.
  • Create, update and be in charge of the yearly plan for existing clients with regard to solution, timelines, development cycles and budgets.

We are looking for someone with:

  • MSc in technology, business, or another relevant area.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, or in a related role involving technology and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Genuine passion for frequent client communication and building relationships.
  • Strong interest in understanding technical features and setups (ideally you have a technical background), with the ability to think pragmatically and creatively.
  • Analytical & Structured approach, who is skilled at learning new things quickly, experienced in structuring and prioritising customer requests, and managing priorities.
  • Experience from or knowledge of the insurance sector is an advantage, though not a requirement.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver practical outcomes.
  • Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients.
  • Experience working with agile/scrum methodology.
  • Experience leading or being part of change management processes in digitization projects and guiding customers over to new solutions.
  • Ability to think win-win, balancing client needs with business objectives.
  • Have technical interest and/or have some experience in basic programming languages and a general database understanding.
  • Experience with BI tools (for example Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
