The System Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful integration and delivery of complex energy systems for maritime applications. This role includes coordinating the system architecture including AC switchgear (HV/LV), Drives, control system, energy storage, and third-party equipment. It includes coordinating various product delivery leads, managing technical interfaces, ensuring system-level performance, and guiding the system design from conception through commissioning and operational handover. As the central point of contact for system-level issues, the System Delivery Lead ensures that all subsystems work together seamlessly to meet project and customer requirements.
We think you should have
- MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Strong background in design and delivery of maritime power systems.
- Good understanding of existing and future energy concepts for the maritime and offshore markets.
You are able to
- Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyse complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgments.
- Demonstrate specialist knowledge and expertise in your own area.
- Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.
- Cooperate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support others in the pursuit of team goals.
