At Fornebu, we have the following vacant position:

Responsibilities:

Documentation:

  • Produce, review and maintain project quality plan and quality documents to customer and from supplier.
  • Make sure that the Technical Requisition towards sub-suppliers includes Eureka's and customer's quality and inspection requirements.

Test and Inspections:

  • Coordinate and ensure all inspections and tests are planned and performed.
  • Send Inspection Notification to customer for their Witness/Hold points.
  • Make sure all relevant procedures are available to the customer (and approved) prior to test/inspection.
  • Make sure all quality records are available (Inspection Reports, test reports, MoM signed by inspectors/participants) and reviewed.

Quality Gates:

  • Perform Quality Gates during project execution together with Project manager, planner, purchaser and production manager and produce records (Risk, open actions with responsible persons and deadline).
  • Follow up open points/findings during project meetings.
  • Support Project Manager in arranging/carrying out project Risk Assessment.
  • Monitor Issues, non-conformance occurring during project execution and make sure they are properly recorded.
  • Manage NC/CAPA towards the customer and facilitate lessons learned meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience from QA/QC work in the oil & gas industry.
  • Team-oriented and professional.
  • Ability to focus on details and deadlines.
