Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Senior Project Completion Engineer 27410.

The Project Completion Engineer HVAC shall manage, and control completion and commissioning activities related to HVAC systems and mechanical interfaces, including planning, preparation, execution, and hand over to Operation/Plant Integrity.

Job responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain safe working routines during execution of commissioning to ensure that all work performed is made in full compliance with the companies safety regulation to maintain company objectives of zero incidents, injuries and losses.
2. Participate during establishment of a commissioning team with competence and capacity to perform commissioning on the SAS systems.
3. Responsible for producing – writing commissioning procedures on dedicated systems.
4. Issue and maintain commissioning boundary documentation for efficient construction and commissioning schedules.
5. Manage the commissioning activities during all phase to enable a safe and efficient commissioning execution.
6. Secure sufficient training and development of personnel within the commissioning organisation.
7. Participate in MC verification of equipment and packages in order to obtain Ready for Commissioning status to secure a smooth transfer of Commissioning Packages from Construction to Commissioning.
8. Follow up punch work in the field and punch list documentation and clearance.
9. Ensure that drawings/documents are marked up with changes identified during commissioning and that as-built documentation is updated accordingly by responsible contractor.
10. Experience transfer from/to other relevant projects and towards the base organisation.
11. Identify and follow up risks and opportunities related to commissioning.
12. Evaluate and verify all procedures and work instructions used during commissioning and ensure that those are well understood by relevant personnel.
13. Assessment of provisions for commissioning in design.
14. Ensure and maintain a close and good relationship to contractor and operation.
15. Manage, execute and supervise the performance of commissioning activities.
16. Responsible for handover of the facility to Operation by issuing TAC (technical Acceptance Certificate) and RFOC (Ready for Operation Certificates).
17. Participating in development of strategies, budget, plans/schedules, procedures, routines, ATS requirements, FAT, UFAT, RISK and work processes for commissioning.
18. Execute commissioning according to ABP governing documents.
19. Identify and propose needed temporaries for commissioning execution.
20. Recommend Commissioning SPIR.
21. Participate in relevant engineering and construction meetings to obtain and ensure commissioning task execution.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. University degree or equivalent.
2. Result and safety oriented.
3. Experience from oil and gas projects.
4. Extensive knowledge of governing documentation.
5. Well-developed teambuilding, co operational- and communication abilities.
6. Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high workload.
7. Ability to drive activities to be complete on schedule.
8. Establish good relations with Contractors.
