A wooden dream grows on Rønvikfjellet. On 15 May 2024, the doors will open to a hotel experience completely out of the ordinary. An outdoor resort in northern Norway: Wood Hotel Bodø. Now we are looking for the people who will make this dream come true, every single day.

The building will be built mainly in wood and will offer accommodation, restaurants, wellness, a selection of outdoor activities and much more. Think of our building as a tree on the mountain, with roots growing deep into the earth. Here, guests will be able to check into one of our 145 rooms, eat in one of our restaurants or relax in a heated pool on the roof.

Wood Hotel Bodø will give our guests a sophisticated experience of nature. While nature in the north can be harsh and brutal, we will curate it inside our house to be both exclusive and real. Through design, food, well-being and activities, we want to invite nature into our hotel.

An important part of our new hotel will be you - the people. The people in Northern Norway have a unique way of being. Northerners are warm people, but also direct. They are a "no fuss" type of people, but they go to great lengths to make you feel at home. This kind of hospitality is our core philosophy and something we want to fill our hotel with. We are now looking for several dedicated and driven chefs who will help put the hotel's kitchen on the map in Bodø. You have previous experience in the kitchen, and are passionate about cooking. You have a positive outlook and are driven by collaboration both within and between departments. Furthermore, you take full ownership, not only of your area, but of the guest's overall experience. The position involves a rotating arrangement including weekend work.
