Courier Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Courier Specialist to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and documents to our clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent time-management skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle
• Verify delivery addresses and ensure all necessary documentation is present
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on delivery status
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including any delays or issues encountered
• Follow all safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy packages and walk long distances
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1700$ per month. The work hours may vary depending on the delivery schedule but will typically be during regular business hours. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already reside in Oslo or be willing to relocate at their own expense. This job is open to all genders.
