As a warehouse and logistics coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and precise handling of goods and logistics flow in the business. The role involves planning, coordinating and optimizing warehouse processes to ensure high delivery precision and cost-effective operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is tidy and structured in an appropriate manner.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory and ensure accurate recording in the inventory management system.
- Plan and implement goods receipt, storage and goods flow to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping of goods.
- Conduct inventory counts in collaboration with manager and/or team.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, both incoming and outgoing.
- Responsibility for all imports and exports.
- Handle any delivery discrepancies and complaints in collaboration with suppliers and customers.
- Use and maintain ERP or inventory management systems for effective inventory control.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and guidelines for warehouse and logistics.
- Ensure that warehouse and logistics operations are carried out in accordance with applicable HSE regulations.
- Ensure that safety procedures and risk assessments are followed in the warehouse area.
- Contribute to a safe working environment through good order and structure in the warehouse.
Personal qualities and values:
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- Experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably within an ERP or warehouse management system.

- Experience with transportation planning and shipments is an advantage.
- Experience with import and export.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements within warehouse and logistics operations.
