As our Offer Manager Director, you'll embark on a journey filled with dynamic challenges, driving strategic actions, with your team, across the 4Ps and spearheading growth initiatives for the portfolio ensuring growth and profitability in a rapidly evolving and captivating market. Your scope will be Nordic Baltic Zone, but you can be based in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland.

What will you be doing?

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of offerings.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on product performance and strategy.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product offerings.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on their needs.
