Then we build it.The ERP department in Oslo is looking to strengthen the team with a new BI expert – IT Advisor. As a BI expert you will be responsible for running the BI/BW portfolio, including functionality and maintenance, as well as improvements.
About The Position
As part of the ERP Team, you will work closely with the other Systems Owners and with the Business Process Owners to secure a stable solution and to continuously improve it. Ongoing improvement projects and the future move to S/4 HANA will provide plenty of challenging opportunities in the years to come.
The BI expert is key in enhancing the business analysis function in the company and enable our BUs and business projects to better understand the business performance as well as enhance the communication across functions and knowledge areas. The business intelligence area has evolved gradually over the years and are now gaining momentum with new investments and increased demand for assistance from clients, business projects and senior management.
Responsibilities And Tasks Include
- Analysis of business processes and client requirements
- Development of data analysis models to support business strategies and analysis
- Develop queries and management dashboards to enhance business understanding
- Identify digitalization initiatives for data-/information flows and interfaces
- Manage information modules and communicate opportunities and limitations of our IT systems
- Participation in improvement projects
- Take responsibility for front-end reporting on SAP Analytic Cloud
- Master's Degree or Business Degree in IT/IS, Management or other related subjects
- Master's Degree or Business Degree in Finance or Business
- Preferable experience from engineering business and IT in large and complex organizations
- Knowledge and experience with agile project methodologies.

- Team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Structured, target and plan oriented
