THE POSITION:
As Senior Solution Sales Specialist / Head of Sales Europe, you will be pivotal in driving continued growth across the continent. You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive towards continuous improvements of the sales processes and customer journey.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong passion for complex technical sales and be a persistent, results-oriented and self-driven person. You have a proven track record for building strong relationships with customers, and lead, train, and inspire the rest of the sales team. You will report directly to the CCO/CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identifying and engaging key decision-makers at transmission and distribution system operators (TSOs/DSOs), and other stakeholders in the energy sector.
  2. Driving the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and positioning Heimdall Power's solutions as the preferred choice.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Staying ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to refine and adapt sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, in the utility, or grid technology space.
  2. A strong network within the transmission and distribution industry.
  3. Technical understanding of grid operations, dynamic line rating, or smart grid solutions.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to various stakeholders.
  5. A proactive, strategic mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
  6. Fluency in English; additional languages such as German/French/Spanish are an advantage.
  7. Willingness to be based in Oslo and travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events across Europe.
