To drive service and product sales in store by achieving high standards of service, high sales productivity and converting services into products sales.
1. Sales and Targets
- To achieve product (make-up, fragrances & skincare) and service daily sales targets.
- To achieve customer per day targets.
- To achieve conversion, re-booking and combination targets.
- To achieve appointment, drop-in and return appointment targets.
- To participate actively in Benefit parties to animate the Brow Bar and store
2. Services
- To apply the Benefit 5 step service technique.
- To manage Brow Bar appointment books.
- To ensure that disclaimers and patch testing for 100% customers.
- To complete ABC Brow Mapping on 100% of customers.
- To complete magic formula following 100% services.
3. Training
- To complete all relevant trainings in line with company guidelines.
- To ensure that the Benefit ABCs are followed consistently.
- To know all one liners and use them when demonstrating products.
4. Health & Safety / Hygiene / Stock
- To ensure that the standard of the brow pods are acceptable at all times.
- To work in a healthy and safe manner at all times.
- To ensure that there are enough stock of supplies and testers available and inform Manager if any supplies are running low before OOS.
- Always uses hand wipes and hygiene application methods and keeps tools in a hygienic and good condition.
Skills / Abilities
- Fluency in English
- Passion for cosmetics
- Proven sales record
- Experience in working with cosmetics
- Experience in shaping eyebrows or working with wax is not compulsory but highly regarded.
- Working in high pressure environment
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well individually or as a team
