We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Oslo. Norway is one of Instabee's fastest-growing markets, and in this role, you'll work with top e-commerce brands, strengthen partnerships, and drive real business impact.
Some of the Things You Will Do- Manage and grow relationships with major e-commerce partners.
- Influence decision-makers and negotiate win-win deals.
- Spot growth opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance partner experiences.
- Pivot seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
You'll be part of a high-energy, ambitious Nordic commercial team that thrives on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and motivation. We work closely across markets, celebrate wins together, and support each other in driving impact.
What We're Looking For- Fluent in Norwegian & English (other Nordic languages? Bonus)
- 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or tech.
- A natural networker who builds strong relationships with ease.
- A strategic thinker who understands business metrics and market trends.
- A creative problem-solver who loves a challenge.
- Analytical and confident with numbers, CRM tools, and KPIs.
- Bonus: Experience in startups, logistics, or a strong e-commerce network.
- Previous experience working in a scale-up or start-up environment.
- A strong network within the Norwegian e-commerce or retail sector.
- Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
