Field Service Technician, Industrial Storage / Supercharging - Oslo

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Norway. What You'll Do

  1. Perform all on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Oslo and abroad when needed.
  2. Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site.
  3. Act as the first point of contact to contractors.
  4. Provide feedback to the engineering teams on recurring issues.
  5. Prepare, organize, and plan your own technical activities.

What You'll Bring

  1. Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field.
  2. Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems; High Voltage experience is a plus.
  3. A passion for renewable energy.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with a motivated and proactive attitude.
  5. Flexibility towards travelling.
  6. Fluency in Norwegian and a good command of English.
  7. An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position.
