As a Data Compliance Specialist in B2 Impact, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining robust data compliance frameworks across our organization. Your expertise will be vital in supporting business units with specialized data protection services, ensuring they meet GDPR, AI Act, and other regulatory requirements. You will collaborate internationally with colleagues all over Europe and ensure a robust data governance framework for the Group. Additionally, you will support the Group DPO in broader compliance initiatives and foster alignment with group-wide policies, ensuring a consistent and proactive approach to managing data-related risks and compliance obligations.

What you will do
  • Provide data compliance services for Business Units:
    • Implement the Group GDPR framework in Business Units that require direct support, including developing and enforcing data protection policies and procedures, conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIA), drafting and managing data processing agreements (DPA), maintaining the register of processing activities (ROPA), preparing privacy notices, supporting the execution of data subject rights, managing data breaches, and performing GDPR risk analysis.
    • Implement AI Act requirements in local units in alignment with the Group framework.
    • Assist in the implementation of Group policies and procedures related to IT security.
  • Share practical knowledge and insights gained with central and local units to enhance their compliance capabilities.
  • Provide tailored compliance support to local units that do not require full-time services, ensuring alignment with Group standards.
  • Monitor data compliance across the Group and its local units, identifying areas for improvement and remediation.
  • Support the Group DPO with the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework across the organization. Additionally, support with developing strategies and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to data-related Group projects by conducting required analysis and assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
  • Participate in other Group compliance activities, including but not limited to:
    • Manage vendor and third-party compliance reviews and due diligence.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns on data regulations.
    Your profile
    • Experience with implementing and maintaining GDPR compliance frameworks and other data-related regulations. Interests or knowledge with AI Act compliance and IT security policies is also a strong plus.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, IT, Data Protection, Compliance, or proven experience in that field.
    • Understanding of GDPR, AI Act, and other relevant regulations.
    • Knowledge of data protection impact assessments (DPIA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and maintaining Registers of Processing Activities (ROPA).
    • Familiarity with IT security standards and practices.
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and propose effective compliance solutions.
    • Professional fluency in English is required.
