The Role:

Join a team of experienced developers in Oslo building innovative full-stack applications using modern Java-based technologies. We are committed to agile methodologies, cloud-native architectures, and delivering high-quality solutions for our diverse client portfolio.

What You'll Contribute:

  1. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and/or Kotlin for the backend and React for the frontend.
  2. Work with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) databases to build scalable and resilient systems.
  3. Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  4. Help implement and improve our CI/CD pipelines, conduct constructive code reviews, and ensure the smooth operation of our software.

Your Toolkit:

  1. Proven experience (6+ years) in full-stack Java development.
  2. Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin, coupled with solid React skills.
  3. Experience working with various database systems (relational and NoSQL).
  4. Fluency in a C1 level Scandinavian language and a B2 level of English.

It Would Be Great If You Have:

  1. Experience with message queuing systems (Kafka), container orchestration (Kubernetes), DevOps automation, and robust logging and monitoring techniques.
  2. Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
  3. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
