Aktuelle arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Gi støtte og faglig rådgivning innen lønn og HR til våre kunder
  • Produsere lønn for kunder i ulike bransjer
  • Digitalisere og effektivisere arbeidsprosesser innen lønnsområdet
  • Bidra til utvikling av bedre tjenester
  • Øke bruken og utnyttelsen av innførte systemer
  • Implementere og starte opp nye prosjekter

Hvem du er:

  • Har svært god IT-forståelse og interesse for å støtte kollegaer i team
  • Minimum tre års relevant erfaring innen lønn og HR, gjerne innen lønnsrådgivning. Det er en fordel med god Unit4/Agresso/UBW eller SD Worx-kompetanse
  • God kjennskap til lover og regler innen fagfeltet
  • Ønsker å jobbe smart og effektivt, med fokus på endring og optimalisering. Du er målrettet og har gjerne ambisjoner om videre utvikling innen faget
  • En relasjonsbygger som er genuint opptatt av kundens behov
  • Kjennetegnes ved godt humør og evnen til å jobbe selvstendig, proaktivt og strukturert
  • Har god muntlig og skriftlig fremstillingsevne, både på norsk og engelsk
  • Trives med varierte arbeidsdager, ofte også ute hos våre kunder
