Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Oslo. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems.

  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Ensure network security by implementing appropriate security measures
  • Maintain server infrastructure including physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud services
  • Provide technical support for end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement new projects or upgrades
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Network or Systems Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1400$ per month.

Location: Oslo.

We welcome candidates from all nationalities.

However, candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.

This is an urgent job opportunity without accommodation provided. Therefore, candidates must be willing to relocate to Oslo at their own expense.
