Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer problems while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Provide follow-up support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Native proficiency in Norwegian.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and late hours.
- Ability to work from home for weekend or late-night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week).
- On-site training provided.
- Option to work from home during weekend or late shifts.
