Role Overview:
We're looking for a sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nordic Finance team and make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with the Nordic Finance Director to develop financial strategies and contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the Nordic region
  2. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions
  3. Build and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex financial data
  5. Ensure accurate, timely reporting under tight deadlines

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  2. 3-5 years of FP&A experience with a track record of delivering insights
  3. Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
  4. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
  6. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing teamwork and independence
